My wife and I would like to thank John and the staff of Discount RV Corner for the time and effort and professionalism they gave to us and our family while shopping for an RV. John was very patient and listened to what we needed as far as what we wanted and what we could afford. We are from Aguilar co which is about 225 miles away from there, so we did not make our trip an unnecessary trip. John showed us exactly what we wanted he even went as far as to send pictures via email and to our phones! Now that's what you call excellent service! He kept in contact with us the whole time. When we started looking for RV 's we started in pueblo no one there seem interested in selling, so we tried the internet, Jeff found a few different locations in Longmont. He actually contacted 3 of them they were century RV but to no avail. He also contacted win dish RV they wouldn't return his calls either that's not very good customer service right? Well thank goodness for John and the staff of discount RV corner. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used RV!!! On a recent local camping trip our converter failed in our 2008 Rockwood fifth wheel during the first night. After breaking camp we stopped at several RV dealerships along I-25 after leaving St. Vrain State park, none of them had the time to look at our RV or openings to diagnose the problem. Then we pulled into Discount RV off of I-25 and exit 240 though they too seemed very busy they immediately took time to speak with me and sent a tech out to diagnose my trailer, confirming my suspicion of a failed converter. They were able to order one and install it the following day. I met John Althen and explained what my family was looking for in an RV. He patiently showed us several models and thoroughly detailed the finer points of the campers. His attention to detail and ability to make us not feel rushed was a rewarding experience. When we decided on a model, the sound experience of the RV staff stood out as a pleasant surprise. Working with Paul, the business manager, was quick, easy and trouble free. Jake, who is in parts and accessories, helped us with just the right supplies to send us on our way. We were not pressured at any time during the entire time. Lastly, James was the technician who took us through a methodical and thorough explanation of the operation of the camper and answered all questions. I highly recommend Discount RV. I almost forgot to mention the price for the product I purchased was the best, whether on line or in other showrooms for the model we chose.
